Shu Ning Presentation Unit

Introduction

SNPU is a professional multimedia arts organisation in Hong Kong. Its works include theatre productions, video and indie film productions, installation art exhibitions and publications. Since its establishment in 1997, SNPU has garnered fame for its cinematic staging of plays, and has been frequently commissioned by the Hong Kong Arts Festival, the New Vision Arts Festival and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) to present drama productions. It has also been invited to appear in overseas arts festivals. In 2005, SNPU was the Artist-in-residence of the Hong Kong Arts Centre. It has created over 50 multimedia performances since its establishment. It has made it a mission to create multi-disciplinary art works for Hong Kong, with the expectation of stimulating exchange among the artists of different art forms, as well as incubating young generations’ participation in arts and theatre.
