The Invention of The Cave By Abdelkader Benchamma

Le French May Arts Festival 2013

Description

Description

A mixed media exhibition by the French artist, Abdelkader Benchamma, kicks off the newly relocated agnès b.’s LIBRAIRIE GALERIE (the only art gallery outside Paris) on 118 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Abdelkader Benchamma was born in 1975 in France. He started participating in exhibitions since his graduation from the École Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris in 2003. In April 2011, his solo show, Dark Matter, was held at the Galerie du Jour, agnès b.

Abdelkader Benchamma is a well-known artist for the great delicacy of execution by using simple and precise lines to illustrate his thoughts. The exhibition is about perception and illusion, the instability of the things, and the capacity of drawing to create an entire environment.
