The Education University of Hong Kong Modern Music Ensemble (MME) aims at promoting contemporary music ranging from the last decade to compositions living composers. It serves as a platform for composers to interact with performers for creative exchange. The ensemble familiarises with various contemporary music styles namely Creative Musicking, controlled indeterminacy, minimalism, new tonality, impressionism, expressionism, etc. Members are equipped with necessary performance skills which are commonly be found in contemporary works.
