District15
District15 was started in 2005 and specialises in real estate development, investment and asset management.
Our goal at District15 is to bring new life, energy and creativity to areas and neighbourhoods through the identification of assets which we believe can be transformed to become new focal points of these locations.
Our investments have been built on a philosophy which aims to enrich the locale while maintaining the character and integrity of the area. Creating a more desirable neighbourhood contributes to a sustainable increase in real estate interest and ensures the long-term growth of the area.
Our name, District15, reflects our early identification of Hong Kong’s Western district, district number 15 of Hong Kong’s 18 districts, as an emerging location of interest for new businesses and developments.
