Water Margin’s Lou Luo

Description

Description

Water Margin’s Lou Luo illustrates the exile of Song Jiang after killing his concubine. Throughout the journey, the two escorting wardens who are under the delusion to become the Stars of Destiny, ask Song Jiang for advice…

Written by Lawrence Lei, playwright from Macau, Water Margin’s Lou Luo is adapted from Water Margin, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese Literature. The three are met with a series of hilarious happenings, thriving in the chaotic world! Song Jiang will be played reversely by Wong Hiu Yee, Best Supporting Actress (Comedy/Farce) of the Hong Kong Drama Awards. Chinese opera and martial art elements will also be merged into Commedia dell’Arte, adding in an absurd sense of humour!
