Description

Description

Elwood P. Dowd, the sole successor of the richest family in the city, got into bad company and withdrew from the high society where he should belong to. Being derelict in his duty, he mingled with commoners in bars around every street corners. What more irritating and undignifying to Elwood’s family was his best friend Harvey, an invisible white rabbit of 6 and a half feet tall. His sister Veta, his niece Myrtle and his family attorney Gaffney could not help but imprison him in a sanatorium……
