Tchaikovsky’s The Swan Lake and Stravinsky’s Rite of Spring are so famous that they are almost equal to the word Ballet. These two works are definitely the top representatives of Russian Ballet in the late romantic period. Dancers and musicians tackle many technical and artistic difficulties in these two ballets. Under the baton of our artistic director and conductor Stephen Lam, together with two top world-class dancers to Hong Kong and young ballet talents from Artiste Star Elite Dance School, Ponte Orchestra is delighted to present to you these two beautiful stories. We sincerely hope that, no matter it is the romantic tragedy between the prince and the white swan princess, or the ancient folk rite where beautiful dancing girl was chosen to be the sacrifice to the god, all these dances and music will bring you an unforgettable night.
