Western District and SC Productions present ‘Northern Lights’: an intimately arranged selection of works by contemporary Nordic artists and composers.
Transcend the frenetic pace of the city with an evening of magical chamber music from some of the leading lights in Nordic contemporary composition, performed by a Hong Kong-based collective of professional musicians and amateur players.
The show includes a full performance of Icelandic composer Olafur Arnalds’ 2011 album Living Room Songs, selected extracts from the Danish String Quartet’s 2014 release Wood Works, a unique twist on an A-ha classic, and more…
