AAA Public Programmes Lead Özge Ersoy gives an exhibition tour of Lines of Flight: Nilima Sheikh Archive, where she introduces Sheikh’s engagement with ideas of home and displacement, as well as traditional art forms across Asia. Following the tour, AAA Researcher Sneha Ragavan joins the group for a sharing session about their visit to Sheikh’s studio in Baroda, India. In the discussion, Ragavan and Ersoy present on Sheikh’s use of handmade paper, natural pigments, and the artist’s interest in how these materials travel within the region.
