Description
Zhu Yingtai dresses as men and goes to Hangzhou to study. On the way, she meets Liang Shanbo and they become sworn ‘brothers’. She is in love with Shanbo, but is too shy to reveal her true identity. One day, Yingtai needs to return home. When Shanbo knows her identity, she is already betrothed through her father’s arrangement. They finally meet at the Pavilion, but it is a lifelong regret.
