Description

Dance your style! Dance Day 2016 will be the 7th Dance Day since 2009. Similar to previous Dance Days, Dance Day 2016 will showcase different generations of local dance talents. Veteran and emerging dance artists as well as professional and amateur dance groups will join hands with young people to give a wide variety of delightful and exhilarating dance performances at Yuen Long Theatre. Renowned local choreographer/ dancer, Andy Wong is invited to be the Event Advisor for Dance Day. Appreciation is the theme for Dance Day 2016. The public is able to appreciate the dance performances of veteran and young dancers on stage while dancers can share their ideas and thoughts with each other. More than that, participatory activities such as workshops, sharing sessions and exhibition will be organized. There will also be the ‘U Can Dance!’ where everyone is welcome to join in and enjoy the fun of dancing.
