As the finale of the scheme, Finale Production in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao brings the three Best Plays in the Playwriting Competition held in the previous phase of the scheme onto the stage, fostering in-depth cultural exchange among creative talents of the three areas.
“Cultural Exchange Scheme in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao” is jointly presented by Chung Ying Theatre Company, Guangdong Performing Arts Company Limited and Theatre Farmers, with the aim of nurturing artistic talents in the drama field. Through Playwriting Training Series, Playwriting Competition and Finale Production, the collaboration widens the artistic vision of emerging playwrights.
Guangdong “Guangdong Lawyer”
In the summer of 1585, the Dragon Map, which was rumoured to hold the location of the emperor’s treasure of the Ming dynasty, is stolen. Two secret policemen are sent to Guangdong to investigate the burglary. They get involved in a murder case by accident when they follow suspect Wang to Yuelai Inn. Can they find the murderer and the Dragon Map in the end?
