Description
The first territory-wide visual art competition for artists with disabilities, Cross All Borders: Hong Kong Festival Showcasing New Visual Artists with Disabilities 2010 has received overwhelming response. We have received a lot of excellent works of various art forms. Having passed a scrupulous selection, 80 outstanding pieces made their way to the semi-final.
