Packed with farcical jokes, this lively comedy tells the story of the handsome scholar Zi-mei. Agreeing to go on a blind date in place of his less alluring cousin, Zi-mei falls in love with the beautiful Yu-feng who is also a stand-in. Tricked into marrying the original spouse-seeking pair, the stand-ins come up with a plan for the wedding night that leads to a tale of confusion and chaos capturing moments of surprise and romance.
