Originally created by the legendary choreographer Marius Petipa and composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, The Sleeping Beauty remains a treasured ballet classic. Renowned Spanish choreographer Nacho Duato created this version of the beloved fairy tale for the Mikhailovsky Ballet in 2011 during his tenure as Artistic Director.

Truly a grand finale to the HKAF in 2016, The Sleeping Beauty is a spectacular from one of the world’s leading companies – the Mikhailovsky.
