Description

Description

This is the joint art exhibition by Dutch artist Anniek Verholt and Hong Kong artist Rachel Cheung. With different approaches and media, both artists try to explore the “value” in this contemporary era. Anniek’s 2-D mixed media works are mainly oil on paper and highlighted by 24 carat pure gold. She tries to express her perception of value in the Western society. Rachel makes use of ceramic pieces in collaboration with ephemeral, organic soil and seeds to tell her story of the importance of equilibrium in the Universe.
