Description
To celebrate JCCAC’s 10th anniversary, this year’s Festival takes on the theme, “Factory Forward”, which alludes to JCCAC’s roots as a cottage factory that has transformed into an arsenal where art is created and deployed, as its creators transcend to reach new audiences and partners.
From manufacturing to arts and creative industries, the Centre’s first generation to emerging artists, the eponymous Group Exhibition features artworks of about 70 resident artists, who took inspiration from the Shek Kip Mei neighborhood and the concept of old meets new. The artworks will spread across different spaces in the Centre to facilitate dialogues between artists.
