Description
The Chih Lo Lou Collection of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy was a private collection established by the late philanthropist and collector Mr Ho Iu-kwong. In 2018, the Ho family donated 355 artworks from the collection to HKMoA. A dedicated gallery to be named the “Chih Lo Lou Gallery of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy” is installed for the display and appreciation of this significant donation. “A Pleasure Shared” is the inaugural exhibition that displays around 70 selected works dating between the Ming dynasty and the 20th century in two phases to feature the uniqueness of the collection.
