Description

Description

The story takes place during the last years of the Eastern Han Dynasty when the Central Plains of China is divided into three kingdoms. Cao presides over the feudal lords with the Han Emperor under his control. His third son Cao Zhi is a gifted man and is in love with the talented Zhen Mi. His brother Cao Pi deliberately chooses her as his wife to upset his brother.

Zhi is banished to Linzi because Pi lest Zhi may challenge the throne. Despite the dire consequences, Zhi returns to see her again. However, Lady Mi jumps from a high tower into the Luo River to her death.
